LCM approached us with two challenges: Firstly they required an eCommerce store to be developed, with customisations. A customer had to complete an online Skin Assessment or Medical Questionnaire, prior to purchasing active ingredient skin care products. This step had to be integrated with the checkout process to unlock purchases.
Secondly, LCM is well-known and trusted in the market since 1998, but the old website did not reflect the value and expertise that the clinic and aestheticians provide.
Unique quality content and technical on-page SEO was required. The website was not mobile responsive and easy to navigate. Bounce rates were high and leads were low.
They had a large patient database and no means of communicating promotions and treatment news with their customers.

An eCommerce store was developed with customisations to accommodate a Skin Assessment Form, including product guides and a solution finder.
