Our journey starts in 1999 ~ shortly after graduating, we worked in the IT and online industries, experimenting among our peers with HTML and Flash animation, eventually building websites in ASP and later progressing to PHP and CMS platforms.

Website trends were fairly new back then, so we started helping companies to establish an online presence, working after-hours and over the weekends. We eventually grew our business into a full-time venture by 2003.

Our years of experience has taught us that a ‘one size fits all’ digital marketing approach is not a satisfactory solution. Instead of watering down our value proposition and our brand promise in an attempt to be as broad as possible, our close-knit team have found our happy-space providing online marketing solutions that excite us and get results.

Our success is based on yours. With almost three decades in the industry and the largest portion of clientele based on referrals, edot digital has built trust and credibility in the industry.

We take on selective digital marketing projects that meet certain criteria. Firstly, the project must have a good budget that is reflective of the time, effort, and value that our team can bring to the table. This allows our team to provide the best quality work possible and ensures that the project is completed to a high standard.

Secondly, the project must be one where we can collaborate effectively to achieve a shared goal and amplify your return on investment. We strongly believe in creating a win-win situation for both our clients and edot.

We take on work where the client understands the need for ongoing input and development in working towards long-term growth. This may include a monthly marketing contract, an SLA to cover routine software updates, security and maintenance, as well as exploring new opportunities.

We are not a ‘set it and forget it’ website template operation. In our industry, most business owners have no idea what goes into building an effective website and marketing campaign. Sure, pricing is important. After all, you are a business. However, if your end goal is to invest as little as possible to get phenomenal results, your project is not a good fit for us.

We understand that this approach may not be suitable for all potential clients.
