When Edu-Works approached our team, we were determined to overcome the challenges they faced with their old website.
We tackled the issues of navigation and management, enhancing the overall user experience, especially on mobile devices. By revamping the course offerings, we successfully increased lead generation and simplified the online booking process.
Additionally, we addressed the hosting situation by migrating the website to a local server, ensuring faster response times for their target audience.
The project began with a crucial step of transferring Edu-Works’ domain and hosting from separate offshore providers to our high-speed managed hosting servers located in South Africa.
Working closely with their team, we embarked on designing a fresh logo and visual identity that perfectly captured the essence of their training institution.
Next, we created a brand-new website, focusing on delivering an efficient user experience and implementing a robust course content management system. This empowered Edu-Works to effectively manage and showcase their courses while simplifying the online booking process.
To optimize course content management, we utilized Elementor Pro alongside Advanced Custom Fields and Post Types. This enabled the creation of dynamic course content templates that are easily manageable and filterable.
We streamlined the booking process by developing a uniform data-driven booking form with custom fields, simplifying course maintenance when adding or updating offerings.
An advanced SEO framework, complemented by on-page SEO and schema data for courses, was implemented to enhance search engine visibility. To measure user engagement and conversions, we integrated Google Analytics 4 for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
The positive user feedback received has been overwhelmingly encouraging since the rework of visual elements, aligning the company with its brand ethos of delivering fun, educational, and evidence-based courses.
Users have found the new website to be highly user-friendly and easily navigable, particularly on mobile devices. The streamlined booking process, where users can send a booking request within seconds without leaving the course page, has led to a remarkable 150% increase in course bookings.
Thanks to the incorporation of new technology and a fresh approach, there has been a notable 48% surge in new visitors, accompanied by a reduction in the bounce rate.
